Type_substrate Report for: Detergent

Detergents can be buffer components that are not suppposed to be inhibitors of enzymes, but some molecules can be found specifically in the active sites as shown isn some crystallographic experiments. Some detergents are close to substrates of lipases as they resemble membrane lipids
