Comment The crystal structures of the hyperthermophilic esterase from the archeon Pyrobaculum calidifontis are available (3ZWQ (replaced 2WIR, 17 aug 2011), 2YH2) and will be soon published by Palm et al. A deletion in Exon 9 of the LIPH gene (rabit-LIPH) responsible for the Rex hair coat phenotype in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) is described by Diribarne et al. Similar to mutations giving hypotrichosis in human-LIPH lipH. Backdoor opening mechanism in acetylcholinesterase based on X-ray crystallography and MD simulations is described by Sanson et al. and structure of torpedo californica Acetylcholinesterase in Complex with Aflatoxin B1 (Orthorhombic Form) is available (2XI4)
