| Comment |  Crystal structure of Mycobacterium smegmatis MSMEG_6394 orthologue of Rv3802c is published by Crellin et al. and is available soon (3AJA). It is close to the structure of Lysin B a mycolylarabinogalactan esterase of Mycobacteriophage (3HC7) published by Payne et al. A number of structures had been missed : 2QJW, 3DS8, 3FLE, 3FNB, 3G8Y, 3GA7, 3H04, 3HC7, 3HXK, 3I1I, 3III, 3FOB. A new family was introduced: Abhydrolase_7 (previously named ProteinCluster-CLSK833894). |
