Lucilia cuprina (Green bottle fly) (Australian sheep blowfly) alpha-esterase-7 in complex covalent carboxylesterase inhibitors that abolish organophosphate insecticide resistance are available (5TYJ, 5TYK, 5TYL, 5TYM, 5TYN, 5TYO, 5TYP) and will be published soon by Correy, G.J.and Jackson, C.J. Structures of ferulic acid esterase from Streptomyces cinnamoneus are available (5YAE, 5YAL) and published by Uraji et al. Comparison of the binding of reversible inhibitors to human Butyrylcholinesterase and Acetylcholinesterase: A crystallographic, kinetic and calorimetric study is published by Rosenberry et al. and structures of human BCHE in complex with thioflavine T, propidium, ethopropazine huprine 19 and decamethonium will be availabe soon (6ESY, 6ESJ, 6EQP, 6EQQ, 6EP4). Determinants and prediction of esterase substrate promiscuity patterns are published by Martinez-Martinez et al.
