Substrate Report for: PED-A1

Phospholipase A1 selective substrate TAG, with BODIPY fluor at sn-1 position and a dinitrophenyl quencher PED-A1 is composed of a quencher group (dinitrophenyl) on the glycerophosphoethanolamine head group and BODIPY dye-labeled acyl chains at the sn-1 position. Cleavage of the molecule increases green fluorescence by uncoupling the quenched state. Specificity: PLA1
