JZL184

Monoacylglycerol lipase (human-MGLL) selective inhibitor. Administration of JZL184 to mice was reported to cause dramatic elevation of brain 2-AG leading to several cannabinoid-related behavioral effects. Inhibits also FAAH and CES1 and a little ABHD6 Iglesias et al. Does not Inhibit Rv0183 from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (mtbMGL)
