Glabridin

Inhibits tyrosinase. Has pleiotropic effects. Inhibitor of CES2A.High specificity over CES1A (>500-fold) and other serine hydrolases. Glabridin is cell permeable and low cytotoxicity. IC50 0.52 muM in cells
